Venterra Group plc is a privately held company which has been funded to date through three funding rounds with private investors starting in Q2 2021.

Management retains a significant stake and Venterra Group has two strategic investors in General Atlantic’s sustainable investing fund, BeyondNetZero, and First Reserve, who invested in the fourth and third investment rounds respectively.

Today Venterra Group has over 600 employees operating on a global basis and has annualised revenues running in excess of £150 million.
